TECHNICAL DATASHEET
ANTI-RUST PIGMENTS WD-W-700
Property:
White solid powder
Main Components:
Modified tripolyphosphate and superfine flake powder
Rust-proof Mechanism:
Chemical anti-rust: Modified tripolyphosphate undergoes a complexation reaction with the surface, forming insoluble passive film and inhibiting corrosion to metal base such as steels from the environment.
Physical anti-rust: Superfine flake powder can achieve a physical shielding effect.
Usage: Add the product after emulsion systems are beaten, and grind the product after other systems are added.
Main Features:
Environmentally friendly, non-toxic, free of heavy metal, and non-combustible. Prepared preparing aqueous pigments are extremely easily dispersible without thickening. Resistance of paint film to salt water ranks first among similar products and it is stable in storage.
Main Applications:
It can substitute phosphate anti-rust pigments such as common aqueous zinc phosphate and aqueous aluminum tripolyphosphate and is widely used in steel structure and common industrial parts where aqueous pigments are applied.
Suggested dosage:
It is suggested to use between 5%~20%.
