How to use
Scope of application:
It has good compatibility with various types of waterborne resins, and it can be used for flush rust inhibitor, flush corrosion inhibitor of waterborne coating systems such as waterborne polyesters, waterborne alkyd resins, waterborne polyurethanes, waterborne epoxy resins and waterborne acrylic acid coatings and anticorrosive agent in the tank. The user can also mix it with other rust inhibitor as need to make it used as corrosion inhibitor.
How to use: This product can be completely dissolved in water, and it can be added in the paint mixing process or the final paint correction process of the paint preparation. It can also be added before the application of paint, and it only needs to be fully stirred and mixed evenly.
1. It can effectively prevent and inhibit the generation of flush corrosion or flush rust on the surface of iron substrates in the drying process of various types of waterborne coatings, improve the chemical resistance and corrosion resistance of coatings, and improve the appearance and the performance of corrosion resistance of coatings.
2. It can prevent the occurrence of rust on the film of waterborne coatings in the short term after drying.
As a rust inhibitor in the tank, it can prevent and inhibit the corrosion of waterborne coatings during the storage and transportation.
Recommended dosage: (based on total amount of paint)
Anti- flush rust and anti- flush corrosion during the application of coatings 0.5 ~ 2%
Anti-rust in the tank during the storage and transportation 0.3 ~ 1.5%
